Our law firm believes that everyone deserves access to legal protection. That is why we are offering the Legal Assistance Program. No matter how traumatic or trivial, this low cost service is here to provide you with excellent legal service. From wills to business contracts we have your rights covered.
Service includes the following:
Phone Calls and Letters
A phone call or letter from our Law Firm can, often times, get you the results you want fast. Our Law Firm will recommend a letter or phone call when that is the best step for you. Each year, one call or letter per subject-related matter is covered with our Legal Assistance Program retainer. Additional assistance for the same subject is available at 25% discount off our Law Firm's standard rates.
Contract and Document Review
Each month, you can have one personal contract or document review, up to five pages each, reviewed by our Law Firm. Our Law Firm will analyze the documents and suggest changes for your benefit before you sign.
Wills for You and Your Family
After the first year, upon request, our Law Firm will prepare a simple will for you at no additional charge - with subsequent free yearly reviews and updates.
Small Claims Matter
Our Law Firm will provide you with one consultation on each small claims matter per year.
Simple Legal Forms
A power of attorney or a living will for medical release can be provided under your plan, upon request.

Other Legal Services
Our Law Firm will render assistance at a 25% reduction to our standard hourly rate for you should you need legal services not covered by the Legal Assistance Program. A retainer may be required for services being rendered under this benefit. Services subject to lawyer's core competencies.
Other costs you may incur include court costs, expert witness fees, bonds, and any out-of-pocket expenses. These costs are your responsibility and are not included as part of our Law Firm's Legal Assistance Program.
